This boutique Wine Estate is situated in the Devon Valley at the outskirt of Stellenbosch with 8 ha of Cabernet Sauvignon, 6 ha of Merlot and 4 ha of Shiraz. 30% of the Kyburg grapes are used for the Kyburg wines. Total production is 45’000 bottles p.a. made up by Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and a blend 33Latitude.

Tasting Notes
The blending of three cultivars, predominantly with 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Shiraz and 10% Merlot, results in a wine that is gentle, elegant and tasteful, reflecting the very best fruits from the Kyburg Estate.
