Accommodation on Kyburg Wine Estate
The self-catering cottage on the Kyburg Wine Estate was built in 1999. It is the perfect spot from which to escape from the Northern hemisphere's winter months, where one can enjoy a relaxed, extended stay in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
The 172m2 Cape Dutch- style cottage is adjacent to the owner's main house and surrounded by manicured garden in the middle of the vineyards in the Devon Valley. Stellenbosch town centre is not visible, but is a mere five minutes away.
The sea, hiking trails and several golf courses are just some of the nearby attractions, as are numerous excellent restaurants. Kyburg is just 40 minutes from Cape Town Centre and 25 minutes from the Cape Town International Airport.
Bedrooms
The cottage offers two comfortable double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large balcony on the first floor overlooking the vineyards. A small bedroom/study on the ground floor is equipped with a double bunk-bed suitable for younger children.
Living area
The ground floor has a spacious open-plan lounge with fireplace and dining area, leading onto a large covered patio into the garden. The fully-equipped, well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
Extras
Particular effort has gone into creating a “home away from home” feel. Added comforts include under-floor heating throughout the ground floor and in the bathrooms in the event of a cold spell.

Rent for longer periods and subject to season may vary
Deposit: 50% at time of confirmed booking and balance on occupation
Rental includes water, electricity (incl. emergency power), covered parking, cleaning service twice weekly and applicable taxes
