Wines

Harvest time is determined by our wine-maker, Jacques Fourie, who marks the areas of the vineyards with best quality grapes. Bunches of grapes are selectively hand-picked and checked so that only the best fruits make it into the cellar for processing of Kyburg's premium wine. After fermentation, the wine is matured for 12-15 months in new – and second fill 225lt French oak barrels of different origin, grain and toast.
